Hi Narendra,

In SAP Standard system data-exchange of Customer Classification is not
supported .

There is no mapping concerning the customer classification.
At present we only map the sales classification but there is no mapping of customer classification.
we do not support the exchange of customer classifcation between R/3 and CRM.

One possible solution would be to write your own Z* code in both ERP and CRM system and to generate EEWB fields in CRM also for the mapping of the field.

Please refer to KBA 1860522 - Classification of Customer data not replicated from ERP to CRM.

For suggestion you can try using the FM : BUPA_IDENTIFICATION_ADD

Using Event MBE_001 you can try creating this classification data as indentification data in CRM.

Best Regards,

Ellen

Hello Prem/Ellen,

Please find below exact requirement.

While creating Quotation, when user enter the sold-to-party as mentioned in below screen shot. All the four field (Business Division, Industry, Application area, Business area) of Classification block, should be default with whatever value maintained in R/3 for that particular Sold-to party (1023152) in XD03 ->extras ->classification as highlighted in Snap shot 2 .

So all these above four characteristics of this sold to party should come in the webui four fields under classification assignment block.

Thanks

Narendra

Hi Narendra,

I feel you need to enhance Badi to map CRM fields with ERP. download will not work in your case. You can use SE30 and check which is the appropriate Badi to enchance to get above functionality.

Thanks

Prem

Hi Narendra,

There is no standard replication object for customer classification data. You need to enhance the bdoc structure in ECC and CRM and write custom logic in the BTE events and BADI in the CRM side to make the replication happen. We have done this via an enhancement in our project.

Ravi

Hi Narendra,

AUSP table and object OBJCL is for characteristics.

It is different with customer classification.

Do you want to replicate characteristics or customer classification?

Regards,

Ellen
