I recently started using the EPM add-in for Excel 2007. Many (most) of my Excel models involve VBA code. I just noticed that, since installing the EPM add-in, ghost VBA projects appear in the VBAProject window for Excel files that were open, but have been closed. As the day progresses and I open/close more Excel models, the list of ghost VBA projects grows...consuming resources and making my PC sluggish.
• Is this a known issue?
• Is there a way to prevent those VBA projects from being retained?
• Is there a way to remove those closed VBA projects?
Thanks for any assistance.

Hi Ron,
yes it's a known issue but it's not related with BPC.
If you search with google on microsoft site "VBA Project does not close with workbook" you will found a lot of threads abou it.
