Hi Abhishek,

How many no of roles have you imported in SAP ? Is that role a member of Administrator group ?

Can you try to unmap and remap the role if its a test environment ?

Hi Abhishesk,

In order for the SAP user to gain access to CMC, they should be promoted to Business Object. The promotion occurs for the Role that you have selected in CMC >> Authentication >> SAP >> Role Import tab.

Assign the proper roles (coming from SAP BW) to the proper Enterprise Groups in SAP BI BusObjects via CMC.

Note:

Role Import is configured via CMC | Authentication.

Membership to SAP BI BusObjects Enterprise Groups is done via CMC | Groups.

To me it looks like that the imported SAP BW role(s) have all been added under the SAP BI BusObjects ADMINISTRATOR Enterprise group...
