DBAcockpit alerts from HANA into CCMS ?

Hi Guys

We have a HANA system configured as a remote database system in our Solution Manager system. Everything works fine in the DBAcockpit, which can show alerts, overview, configuration etc. from the remote HANA system.

The question: Is it possible to pass this HANA info/alerts into the CCMS of the solution manager. For other DBMS an option named "collect alert data" can be chosen when configuring "Systems" in DBAcockpit, but this option is grayed out when creating/configuring a system of type HANA-system.

Any one who have succeeded passing HANA-related DBAcockpit info to CCMS infrastructure?

Hi Tom,

Can you try RZ20 -> SAP CCMS Monitor Templates -> Remote Databases - Hana is there or not?

May be Hana entry will not be there.

Sorry not for writing this before. We have checked RZ20 monitors, segments and contexts, but no HANA information has been passed through to CCMS.

I posted the same question at SAP. From their answer and from own research my conclusion is:

Standard DBAcockpit does NOT support/forward HANA alerts to the CCMS framework.
