Lifetime tab is not visible?

Dear all.

we are using sap portal 7.0 SP20, the problem is after uploading a document we are not able to see lifetime tab, we activated Time dependent publishing  and restarted the portal system also but again we are getting same issue. Please suggest me what action to do.
