We have MS 2007 installed in BPC server, but many user PC has MS 2007 or 2010. If the users has MS 2007 the complex EPM reports runs faster than those installed with MS 2010 in PC's What could be the reason and how to ensure that user with MS 2010 install don't have the reports running for very long time. Appreciate sharing experience/inputs. We are using SAP BPC 10NW SP 15
Check the compatibility of EPM Add-ins with MS Office version. Mack sure you have installed correct EPM Add-in taken in to consideration of bit (32/64).
