How to enable Edit Report/Save Data option?

Hi Experts,

I have a quick question and I need a quick reply, please

EPM Addins in Excel, which in my workmates' notebooks don't work. Clearly, edit report and save data option aren't active. Also, when they open the reports in their notebooks, their Context Options seem empty.None of them is selected.Also our Excel version is same, SP 13 Patch 2.Net 3,5. But there is no problem in my excel. All reports can be opened.

What do you suggest to us?

If so I think for now the only solution is to uninstall the KB2910929 update. see please 2107965 - Issues in EPM Add-in after installing Microsoft updates .
