Issues in EPM Add-in after installing MS Updates

Hi,

We have acknowledged of BPC EPM add-in problems after some MS Office updates. What we know so far is that this error occurs on BPC 10 NW version and it was delivered an SAP Note (2107965) with resolution/workarounds. On our system we have BPC 10 MS version.

What we would like to know is if this issue also occurs on Microsoft version or is exclusive to Netweaver version.

Do you have any information on this?

Hi,

according to the note the problem relates to both, BPC NW and MS when using Excel 2010 or 2013 for the add-in.

We had same issue after mircrosoft update the steps in the note solved that

As Arnold has confirmed, this issue impacts BPC NW, BPC MS and SAP Financial Consolidation as all three of these products use the same EPM Add-in front end.
