Hi All
I am trying to create some scenarios for testing purposes.
Here is my scenario;
I have an Employee who lives in KS and works in both KS and GA. I have the IT0207 created for KS and I am trying to create IT0208 wit 50% allocation for KS and another 50% towards GA.
When attempting to create a Work tax Area record for KS, I see the message ' Work % less than 100%, residence information used for balance 01/01/2013 - 12/31/9999'.
This is not an error message though. But would accept a Percent less than 100.
Please find the attachment here.
Has anyone faced this situation before?
Please help.
Regards
Ranjani
This happened to be an authorization issue and has been fixed.

Hi Sanket
We were not able to replicate the same scenario in any system or with any other user with the same roles. Later analyzing further my user group was different from that of others and I had a set of Auth Objects that were noticed to be failing in SU53.
Honestly my security team would be able to explain in detail as to how they fixed it technically.
But I can share the Auth objects that failed and thus caused the issue for me.
Here are some screen shots;
So when they fixed these objects for me, it allowed me to save after clicking on 'Save' and 'Enter' twice.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Ranjani
