SRM: Tracking Shopping cart

Hello Experts,

I am trying to look for shopping cart functionality in SAP ByD because I do not think we should raise it through Project Management work center.   When I checked the help center on SAP ByD, it said, go to Home > Self-Services > My Requests.

However, I am not able to see it.

Do you know if this is because of my user access restriction?

Kindly clarify.

Hello Easwari

The Shopping link will not be available for the service agents. Only employees will be able to see the Shopping cart link.

I have 4 more questions. Please clarify.

1. I wonder how can I get access to create shopping cart.I need to understand the functionality.

2. Could you please let me know how to get access for shopping cart if its goanna be a demo system?

Is that possible?

3. If yes, Should I have to raise a request to SAP or it requires configuration changes?

4. Can a shopping cart be created from Project management WC?

Hello Easwari

You just need to hire the service agent as an employee using the following steps:

1. Go to the Personnel Management work center.
2. Select the Regular Tasks view.
3. Select Hire Service Agent as Employee link.
4. Fill in the details like Org unit so on .
5. Select Save button.

Once the service agent is hired as an employee he can login with the credentials of the employee.
Then he can see the Go Shopping link in the self services view of the Home.
