Hi Experts,

I am facing below error while uploading .TXT file on above transaction and i am not able to figure out what exactly i am missing:

Please help me resolve this issue !

Hi Zain and Sangeeta,

Please delete the assignment of the file description in KP34PC

Then run the report RKCDPREO and delete the file description. Then recreate the file description newly with transaction KP34PC to see if help to resolve the error. See also SAP note 319713.

Hey guys,

I managed to resolve this. When you copy the layout in Excel, for some reason the top most row gets hidden. Refer screenshot attached. Bring this row in your layout & the problem gets solved.

Hi Zain,

Were you able to resolve this? I'm getting the same error for SKF planning to profit centers. Its occuring only at the time of excel upload. Working fine at the time of planning in frontend with same layout through tcode 7KE5.

Please try to give small path with numeric value.

Hi,

Maybe, the reason are "thousand separators". Check if you have at list one of them in your TXT file and try again without them.

The error is telling about numeric value. Check the data in excel which you are uploading.
