Hello All:
We are a special district employer and we recently added 401K into our suite of Savings plans, at present, we offer 457 Deferred Comp along with 401A retirement plans.
Anyhow, the requirement is to enable the employee access to 100% of the Lump Sum monies that is equal to 1% annual salary in the first payroll run of 01/01/xxxx, for matching purposes.
So if employee elects to contribute 500.00 in PP1 and PP2 then the ER Contribution should match 500.00 and 500.00 but not exceed $1,000.00 if employee earns $100,000.00 as annual salary.
The problem we have is that if I set a limit in payroll & we use technical wage type /102, matching is limited to the YTD balance of /102 in that period making the contribution = to 50.00 in that pay period.
Any ideas on the easiest way to enable this option? Have looked at LIMIT and am now looking at pre-paid?
Regards
Norma
Hi, If your employer contribution is not met with simple " Define employee contribution variants and rules" please check user-exit in 'PBEN0014' SAP enhancement - SAP function 'HR_BEN_CALC_BENEFIT_ER_CONTRIB'
