SAP Sourcing : Automatic workbench creation after refresh

Dear Experts,

Request your suggestions regarding an issue we are facing at our current implementation of CLM.

We have recently made changes to the 'Home' workbench template and assigned this as the default internal page(check box). Since then when a user logs in and refreshes a page in the sourcing a new workbench page home is created in the header work area. This number increases with every refresh.

These workbench pages have to be manually inactivated every time. This does nto happen if we take out the check 'Default Internal Page'.

Did anyone face this issue earlier. If yes could you please share the solution here.

Hi Gopi,

You need to delete the CLM System Group from Collaborator's List  in the Workbench Template and each Worbench Page created.

When you add a Collaborator in the WorkBench Template, the page created from template is visible also for the Collaborator.

Hi Francisco,

Regret to say that the suggestion provided by you did not help to resolve the issue. The collaborators only have access to modify the workbench template when assigned.

Any other suggestions to resolve this ?

Hi Gopi,

You can create a Secutity Profile or edit an existing one as below:

Then assign this profile to the “CLM System administrator” group.

The suggestion given by you resolved the problem. But we still cant figure out why this happened.
