how to invoke archiving for non-SAP system and monitor the archived object in SAP ILM

Hi All,

As SAP ILM can be used as Retention Warehouse (RW).

I would like to know how to invoke archiving for non-SAP systems and monitor them in SAP ILM.

Is it possible to monitor all archived jobs from SAP ILM systems itself?

Thanks for the update.

I have gone through the Links previously also.

But It is not mentioned how we can configure a non-SAP system?

I understand that we can use the Context Data Extractor (CDE) for preparing the legacy systems.

But can this be used for non-SAP systems?

If so may I know the procedure?
