How can we upload Add-on without Solution Manager

Dear Friends,

I am having Problem in Adding ADD-ON  through SAINT for FI-CA,FI-CAX EA-PS

it says

" This Enhancement Package installation must be

configured with a Stack XML"

Is there any way to install with out Solution Manager

EA-PS 600 to 617

FI-CA 600 to 617

FI-CAX 600 to 617

IS-PS-CA 600 to 617

Can you guide me how to upgrade the following Add-on
