Import Supplier Contacts / CLM Contract Repository

Hello,

I am in a phase to prepare the Contract migration from an external Legacy system.

It seems that one the steps is to "Prepare import file for all supplier contacts" .

But I would like to know where I can find the template for the "import of supplier contacts".

And also any help how to proceed ...etc

Hi Lina,

Please follow below steps to get the template for importing supplier contact.

Setup --> System Administration --> import and export tools --> Import Data

Download the workbook template for the Object "Contact" and you can fill it up with the required data and import it.

It will be as below

Thanks for your answer.

Within the Workbook there are many tabs.

Is it possible to download the workbook only for the "Contact" Object?

Also I did download "Master agreement Template" from CLM , but when I open it I do not understand the structure as it is in .csv format.

In case of contract migration from Legacy System which Template should be used and how?

Hi Prasad,

At the end of video, it is mentioned that we can get "Sample Contract load" and sample "csv files" from SAP, do you know the contact to get these files?
