Error in Information Steward link on CMC (SBOP BI 4.1 sp5 & SBO EIM 4.2 sp3)

Hi all,

I'm having problem with my BusinessObjects System.

I've correctly installed :

• Sap Business Objects Business Intelligence 4.1 sp5
• Sap Dataservices 4.2 sp3
• Sap Information Steward 4.2 sp3

Everything works fine, but I'm unable to access to the Information steward areas (as on screenshot).

I've just tray to recreate the Tomcat\..\Localhost folder but with no result.

I attached the error of the page and the Tomcat\Log.

Can anyone help me?

Upgrade your Data Services/Information Steward applications to SP4 and it will be resolved. 

I had the same problem, so I opened a case with SAP Support about it and IPS SP5 does not support IS SP3 until Patch 2.

Yep, it works perfect. With the SP4 I'm able to use the Information steward in the CMC Area.

Have you rebooted your server after installation?

Hi Dirk, I've performed :

• A restart of server
• A reinstallation of the Information Steward (also removing and reinstalling at all)
• Many deploy of the Web tools with the wdeploy tool

Are all your background services running?
Select "Manage servers" in the Central Configuration Manager and verify whether all are enabled and running without errors.

If that's the case, you may contact SAP Support.

Yes Dirk, all works perfect.. In add, if I access to the Information Steward site (directly or by the BI Launchpad Link) everything looks perfect.
