Need help for inbound and outbound C4C Twitter Responses

Dear SCN Experts,

        I have configured the Twitter account with cloud for customer test tenant system.

After Configured with the twitter account, when am posting the message from test tenant to Twitter

account it is posted(Outbound process). but inbound message from twitter to test tenant system are

not posted. Could you please help me how to post message from twitter to test system (Inbound).

Hi Kalaiselvan,

I know it's been a long time since you posted your query, however, if you still need this, I believe I might help.

Twitter, and Facebook, messages come to system via Import Runs, that you can configure in your C4C system under Administrator > Service and Social Settings.
