1.Use the rank function and criteria to give a rank to all the rows.
2. In spreadsheet2 hardcode values 1,2,3,4,5 in one column(say column A).
3. use vlookup function where lookup value A1, lookup table will be your source including rank column.
4. use the spreadsheet2 as source for the dashboard
