HI Guys.

I have  two Vendor Cash Management group in Cash Management,

1. Vendor X group

2. Vendor Y group

There is a vendor named A supplying material to both X & Y.

In the vendor master we have assigned the cash management group  X.

But client want to see the report that whenever Vendor A supplying to X group, it it should reflect to X & Whenever supplying to Y , It should show Y.

The requirement is to change the vendor cash management group according to the transaction.

Any suggestion please......

Hi Anil,

By SAP standard functionality, you can only assign a single planning group to a vendor, which would default into each open AP invoice document.

From what I can see as highlevel possible solution you could achieve the client requirement by implementing either user exit or business transaction event to manipulate the assignment of planning group on line item level (BSEG-FDLEV) based on your specific criteria.

I once used a Business Transaction Event to achieve some similar requirement.

hope that this helps

Thanks Maro.

Will try that ...

But we cant enter Planning group at the item level , right ?

We can create the Planning level and can alter at item level. But there will be no change at report level. It will show Vendor Y group figure under Vendor X group accrding to the master data assignment.
