Hi Folks,
My requirement is I want to create a survey (Customer feed back) with say 20 questions, send it to my customers ( target group) and get simple evaluation results out of it.How can I achieve this ...Pls guide..
Regards
Jaya
Hi Jaya,
You can give ranks to each answer.
Ex; For a particular question i have four answers, say Bad (0), Average (20), Good(30), excellent (50).
Like this I you give score to each question and related action (answers), i can calculate a grand total anf if i want i can get an average/ percentage as per my requirement.
Check this suits your requirement ?????.
Thanks & Regards
Ravi

Good afternoon Jaya
Once answers are given you can do a simple analysis by using transaction crm_survey_suite.
You select one of the surveys and then hit the evaluation button (third from left to righ on the bar).

Good afternoon Jaya
This message normally informs you that there are no available answers for the selected survey.
You should first set some answers.
If answers have already been given:
- Please be sure to select the correct survey version in crm_survey_suite
- Assign a score in the survey for each answer
- Check settings in SICF (should normally be done by Basis)
