problem with configurating App GenericApproval

i did the configuring of appApproval like the PDF bellow http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/f0ab2463-4e16-3110-b08e-d93918e51...

, but it's always showing this error message bellow, did i miss something?

the problem was solved with SAP, the problem is , you need to add at Sm30 table "/IWFND/V_MGDPIM"  filter with "ZTM_TGW_SVC_MODEL_0001_BE" a new record like the image below

I see 2 wrong settings.

1. System Alias definition

2. ' Single quote character for the scenario ID

     Please replace the single quote. Microsoft office document has the single quote character with different code. If you did copy&paste, the single quote should be replaced by '.

yep, at the first time was using that, the browser change the single quote to %27

The %20 should be replaced with 'Space' in the service URL . It looks something similar as below

/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;v=2;mo/ScenarioCollection?$filter=key eq 'KEYNAME'

Is this a Hub deployment  and which version of Task Processing service are you using ?

If it is a version 2 of Task processing service , can you give a try adding it in the service URL as below

New Service URL :

/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;v=2;mo/ScenarioCollection?$filter=key eq 'KEYNAME'

instead of :

/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;mo/ScenarioCollection?$filter=key eq 'KEYNAME'

Also , I assume you are running with the components on the latest.

i was using the version 1, testing with the version 2 the message change,

maybe because the system alias is local at the version 2?
