Multiple partners with the same partner function in the SO -Header level

My client wants to send some details of the SO details to multiple partners (Contacts)  for example Z1: 121234, Z1 : 121235, Z1 :  121235)

I am getting following error " Partner function Z1  can only Occur 1 times in the procedure ** (Sales document header) when  i try to add  following partner (Z1 : 121235, Z1 :  121235)  details in the SO.

in configuration,   checked that partner function : Z1  is not enable for  "Unique"

Kindly let me know if there are any inputs for my above issue.

Can you explain what configuration you have made and from which partner you have copied this Z1? What is partner type of Z1? Sold to ship to or what?

Partner type is Contact person, i.e., AP
