MRP issue

Dear expert ;

hope i find solution for my request :

may case is

my MRP is running on finished product material using strategy group 10 make to stock , i enter a demand yearly so if my demand for 1 material in 2014 is like :

01          02          03

100     150          50

when I run the MRP , planned orders are generated as ( suggest no stock )

01.01.2014               pln order with 100

01.02.2014               pln ord with 150

01.03.2014                pln ord with 50

planned orders are generated in the beginning of the month with all qty , my question is how to let mrp generate planed orders with a percentage of the qty required in the beginning of the month and the rest of the qty in the middle of the month .

you need to enter your demand with week format or fortnightly format in MD61...

You can also run transaction MD67 to automatically split your PIRs into weekly buckets.

Amal,

There is one more option for you to split the planned orders with takt time in lot size procedure.

What is the lot size procedure you are using Splitting and overlapping are possible for fixed lot sizes and period lot sizes.
