SAFT-PT implementation in SAP 4.7 version

Hi All

As per legal requirement in Portugal,  we need to implement SAFT-PT. We on SAP version 4.7 and SAP does not support this anymore. We see number OSS notes on this but heard that even after implementing these it is not that stable in SAP 4.7 version.

I want to know if anyone was in same situation and how it was handled..?

Is somebody locally providing ready made solution on this which can just be put as add on into SAP..?

We have a solution and pretty much completing the delivery of the same now.
