F150 skipping dunning level / conditions for dunning /

Hi!

Someone on the forum said there should be open items on the customers which already reached the level 1 and satisfy the "number of days" condition for the higher level.

My question is, what are all the conditions that must be satisfied altogether in order to rise by 1 level?

For example, if a particular customer has not reached level 1, but all open items satisfy condition for level 2 or 3, will F150 dunning program dun the customer at level 2 or 3?

If can configure, how to do so?

I believe you mean jumping the Dunning levels from 0 to 2 or 3.

Unfortunately, as per my knowledge it is not possible.

By the way, isn't it possible to manually change the dunning level in the customer master?

Again, do you mean even though the customer's open items reach the arrears for level 2, but because he was never in dunning level 1, F150 will still dun him at level 1?

Hi,

I can confirm the statements made by the previous speaker. I have tested it myself, because i had the same questions and problems like you.

So the dunning procedure is very inflexible, so no way to jump automatically from dunning Level 0 to 2.
