Confirmation per Work center

Hi,

Below are the scenarios:

Scenario 1:

Operation 10 - Cutting - Work center (WC1)  - confirmable operation

OPeration 20 - Packing  - Work center ( WC2) - confirmable opeartion

Scenario 2:

Operation 10 - Grinding - Work center ( WC1) - confirmable opeartion

Operation 20 - Packing  - Work center (WC2) - Confirmable operation

Scenario 3:

Operation 10 - Cutting - Work center (WC1)

Operation 20 - Grinding - Work center ( WC1)

Operation 30 - Packing  - Work center ( WC2)

For scenario 3, The confirmation is received from Local SFC system for Operation 20 ( one confirmation to cover all Operations performed by WC1) and for Operation 30 only.

How this can be handled?

Your question is not clear...if the system confirms the operation 20 then you want system to confirm  operation 10 and 30 also to be confirmed automatically. is this your requirement ?

Can you clearly mention what is your requirement..

if the system confirms the operation 20 then you want system to confirm operation 10 - Correct.

30 also to be confirmed automatically - No

There is a confirmation message for operation 30 which will confirm the Operation.

Hi,

assign the control key which marked as milestone confirmation (as shown below ) to the operation 20 in the routing.

If you do this when operation 20 is confirmed system automatically confirms operation 10 also.

Hello,

Operation 20 and 10 are both milestone confirmations. But confirmation message is received only for Operation 20 (one confirmation to cover both Operations performed by work center WC1).
