Dharmendra,

You have already posted same question this week

What is the use of posting same question in same week?

Your issue could be because either of below reasons

1.Someone might have changed the item in order

2.There could be Alternate item defined for same component either in material master or BOM item details.

You need to ensure all these checks are in place and still if you found same issue I suggest you to debug the order creation for BOM explosion and see from where that item is being picked.

Hi Dharmendra

Please check Production Version (C223) because there might be link with alternative BOM and Master Recipe.

Hi,

Also Check any Alternative BOM is selecting, any version is defined.

Also Check In master recipe any material quantity calculation and any formula written to change the material based on the header material quantity.

Dharmendra,

Could you please share the screenshot of component 102020001's basic data view in BOM? What is the plant specific status value for the component?

Thanks
