pdfs from xcelsius dashboard

Hi xcelsius experts,

I invested a lot of time to make an xcelsius dashboard. It is finished but I could not make pdfs out of it. I downloaded the newest xcelsius version. Now I can produce pdfs but these do not contain anything but a blank sheet.

This is not general problem because I can make pdfs from other xcelsius dashboards.

Does someone has an idea what could be the reason for this problem?

Hi Mathias,

Check what is difference in this dashboard and other dashboard.

Is it containing any live connection?

check if you are able to preview it.

Check if you are able to export a sample dashboard.

Also try to export it in other formats like swf ppt etc.

Hello Mathias Heibeck.

I hope you are using Dashboard Design 4.0 or Above. This version gives an option to save the Dashboard as PDF.

Pl have the steps:

  1. Log on to InfoView/BI Launch Pad

  2. Open the dashboard

  3. Press Ctrl -> P button

  4. You will see print dialog box

  5. Select ‘Save as pdf’ and save dashboard in pdf format.
