Hi All,
After BI MOBILE IOS version upgrade to 6.1.9, our Customer reported the issue that webi mobile reports with date prompt wheather crash or does not work properly.
Everything is ok on BI Platform side,but on mobile we have several problems:
1) When we try to open Mobile report just as retrieving data, it crash. we can't even see prompt pop up!
2) For another one, report works fine with its default value parameters at the beggining then when we want to change date prompt values, we get error message "an internal error occurred while calling 'answerPromptsEx' API (Erro:ERR_WIS_30270)". then application close it self.
For other prompts such as 0PLANT there is no such an issue. this happens only date prompt
And before upgrade we dont have such problems.
I googled error message then found that language difference between Date format and IOS could be cause of that error. But in our case both of them in English.
Do you have any idea?

To clarify, you have the latest release / fix of Mobile BI? See http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2106055
The last patch had a lot of fixes for prompts
