Server is not responding to ping request.

Hi all,

We have installed the SAP Web-dispatcher on windows server 2012.

Our SAP Portal and web-dispatcher resides on same host.

We have configured the web-dispatcher as follows..

icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP,PORT=8130

icm/server_port_1 = PROT=HTTPS,PORT=443,TIMEOUT=900,EXTBIND=1

wdisp/system_0 = SID=ACJ,MSHOST=FQDN,MSPORT=8151,SRCSRV=*:8130

wdisp/system_1 = SID=ACJ,MSHOST=FQDN,MSPORT=8151,SRCSRV=*:443

But in Web-dispatcher administration it shows the following error...

Kindly help me out.

Could you refer the SAP Note for error message"server is not responding to ping requests"
