BEx logon issues

Hello All,

I have a user who is able to access the workbooks in Bex Analyzer using the RRMX transaction from the SAP screen. But when he tries to open a locally saved workbook and connect to the system, he is getting an RFC logon error. Are there any special authorization checks for using the BEx Analyzer?

Hello Suresh,

Put the auth. object S_GUI, ID : 'ACTVT', FIELD : '61'.

This should solve.

Assign RRMX tCode to Role which is assigned to user.

Hi Suresh,

Check does he has S_RFC authorization object.

After error, immediately(keep two sessions) execute SU53 tcode, it will give list of authorizations objects missing for him.

Hi,

Please check basis team.

During his log in time bex server may not be available.

RFC issues are handled by basis team.

Ask user to try after some time.

Well.. he is able to login to the BEx Analyzer via the RRMX tcode from SAP. So the server is not down.
