After creating TO successfully thru LT01 transaction, TO does not exist

Hi Experts,

After successful creation of TO thru LT01 transaction, stock is not getting moved.

And when checked for TO, it shows TO does not exists.

when tried to create same process again in LT01, got error material is being processed.

Checked in SM12, it shows only ID has been locked in the LQUA table.

Even after deleting the locks  and tried, same issue again. ie lock appearing in SM12 under my ID.

Tried multiple times, by log out and log in, but still same issue.

Looks like LT01 ( TO creation) is not getting updated in the database.

Please find the snap shot of the lock entries.

Ask your Basis team to track the updates /monitor the system to interpret the source of the issue.

Check in SM13 if there is a posting failure
