Mass change settlement rules

Hello Experts,

Is there any easy way to mass change settlement rules in maintenance order rather than LSMW?

I need to change the Cost center in the settlement rule list of maintenance orders.

Hi Ashok,

Best option is LSMW. I dont think about any other transaction etc.

HI Ashok,

You can use KOSRLIST_OR to get list of all settlement rule for order. But doesn't found mass change in standard. Before going for LSMW just check settlement rule previously maintained. As if your are changing settlement  rules  you have to manually enter end date for previous settlement rule which are already settle. So for this case lsmw will have to be carefully entered. Also you can't enter more than two rules at time without closing previous one. This you to verify from config.

Finally, if your not going for LSMW. Then use IW38 and manual enter by collective selection.
