Creating Sales order via IDOC

Hi Gurus,

I understand that it is possible for IDOC transmission and Sales order creation. When there is error data transmitted, the SO will fail to create in the target system.

Is it possible that SO is still created but the line item with error data is left out?

Example would be IDOC transmitted with 10 SO lines. 1 line item contains error such as missing condition. SO is created with 9 lines.

Hi Rajoo ,

    Usually SAP system won't allow to save if is there any ERRORS are exist .

Can you please share what kind of error you are getting.

Hi Krishna,

I am not exactly hitting any error. What I am asking is that is it possible for lines with errors to be skipped and the SO only be saved with lines which are error free.

Hi Rajoo ,

    No , if any error is exist in single line system will give error log. Please check the respective segments for error log.
