Hi All,

   We are EPM 10 SP11 and when I try to open a connection ,I am getting this issue

"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

Parameter name: startIndex"

I read  that if we do Clear Meta Data Cache,it should fix the issue but it is not working for me even after doing that.

Please let me know how to fix this if you know the answer.

Hi Pavan,

What did you do to " Clear Meta Data Cache" ?

did you run program UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE ?

Thanks for all the response,

The issue happened when I deleted couple of members from a Dimension and after the processing got complete,it caused this issue and did not allowed to login to that Connection and then I had reprocessed that dimension again and that fixed the issue.

  The error message was weird as the dimension was active and it did not recognized it and luckily the reprocessing worked...
