Datasource not define in the source system

Hi,

I get the error message ;

DataSource 0FIAR_O06 is not defined in the source system

when i executed TCODE RSA3.

Please kindly help what shall i do.

Hi,

Creating dataflow from datasource to infoprovider is not an easy task.

You should create many objests, there are many methods to do this - many errors can be encountered.

here is the fragment of fiap data flow I use:

Hi,

Standard data sources you can activate from Source system T code - RAS5.

Select required data source and click on activate icon on tool bar at RSA5.

Later you can find your data source at RSA6, you can do required maintenance a RSA6 and after that you replicate into bw. Activate data source in bw side.

At source side you can run RSA3 and test it.

Even 0FIAR_O06 also DSO not data source.

0FIAR_O06, here O - indicates DSO

0FIAR_C02_Q0001, Here 0FIAR_C02 - indicates your target name, C - indicates as Cube.

When we see name as 0FIAR_C02_Q0001 - Q - Query name.

please be familair with some basic teminologies in bw

May i know the step from activate the datasources to generate report for 0FIAR_C02_Q0001?

I understand the datasources are from 0FI_AR_1 and  0FIAR_O06.

0FIAR_O06 is a DSO and not a datasource to execute in RSA3.

Hi,

0FIAR_O03 is not a data source. It's a DSO.
