Customer Reference in BAPI_CUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA1

Hi All,

I need help about using BAPI_CUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA1,

in import parameter, PI_COPYREFERENCE, we must fill data of REF_CUSTMR (Customer Reference). When we send parameter without Cust. Reff, the BAPI did not work and error : Internal error: Reference cust does not exist in sales master record.

If I send KUNNR value from KNA1 to REF_CUSTMR parameter, it still not working and error still exist.

How I can fix this problem? and How I can get Reference Cust. Value?

I already solve this problem,

Customer Reference is KUNNR which have the same Company Code, Sales Org., Division, and Distribution Channel with New Customer we create.
