Confirmed SC's shown as available for Confirmation in POWL

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue where the SC's that have a confirmation document created in SRM 7.01 classic scenario are shown in POWL Shopping Overview screen.

When such a cart is selected from the list of shopping carts, the Create Confirmation button is available and enabled.

If the user click on Create Confirmation then the error message "Confirmation already created" message is displayed.

This issue is occurring after the support pack upgrade in SRM.

Before the upgrade all the shopping carts with confirmations were not shown in the Shopping Professional POWL screen list hence the requesters would see such carts.

Hi. If you are absolutely sure it was working before the support packs, but does not work now, raise a message with SAP. You could also debug the GET_ACTIONS method of the feeder class, presumably class /SAPSRM/CL_CLL_PWL_A_SC.

Regards,
Dave.

Hello,

I am not sure if you are creating the confirmations in ECC or SRM.

If it is in SRM, check if CLEAN_REQREQ_UP is being executed to clear table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB.
If it is being created in ECC, check if BBP_GET_STATUS_2 is eing executed to update cart fields.

Regards,
Ricardo

Hi Ricardo,

The Confirmations are created in SRM and the CLEAN_REQ_REQ job has been scheduled to run in the system every 15mins.

The SC item status is also updated to "Completely Confirmed" but the SC still shown in POWL screen and when the SC is selected, the Create Confirmation button is also enabled.

When the user clicks on Create COnfiramtion button the message "SC Confirmed" is shown.

Hi Prasad,

in the 'Show Quick Criteria Maintenance' button in the POWL, there is a check box for 'Include Completed Shopping Carts'. Please uncheck this.

Hope this helps

Cheers,
