Hi Gurus,

I am facing an error in CIF JOB and it is behaving abnormally.

It is showing me some error:

1. Creation Not Possible (Mapping for Product XXX already exists XXX XX)

2. Error During database update of product data

Please advise how to proceed and get rid of the problem.

Hi,

Please check if the product is already there in APO (probably creating manually before cifing?). Is it assigned to any model?

If it exist, you need to delete the product-loc in APO first. Then (even if the prod-loc does'nt exist in APO), you need to delete the faulty queue in CIF. You can find this failed Q in /n/SAPAPO/CQ. Delete all the failed Q's (with error- creation not possible).

Once' Q's are cleared you need to re-trigger the CIF job. It should resolve your issue.

Please check the KBA 1543600 and run the report MGVREPMATID from SAP Note 524661 for the error you receive

I have checked but I do not have access to SE38 in my GATP production system.

Please advise where do i need to run the report in R3 or in APO ?

Hi avinash,

you have to run this report in R3.

You can check mara and material ID consistency and first you can test run
