Activate SRM functionality in CRM 7.01

Hi, I recently upgraded the company CRM 4.0/SRM 3.0 to CRM 7.01 but the SRM functionalities are missing after the upgrade (the SRM configuration tree in the SPRO is missing).

Could you please advice on how to make this configuration available?

Hi Jesus,

I have upgraded the CRM from 4.0 to 7.0 in 2010.

Basicly, most functions will be remained in 7.0. Some funcitions must be migrate to new. You can consider that the standard functions are supported by SAP.

I will give you more advice if you drop more information on your biz in CRM.

Hi Liu,

We finally go in touch with a SRM consultant and told us that for the original system that we have (BBPCRM 4.0-SRM3.0), it has to be done in a 2 step upgrade and what we did is a CRM upgrade and that's why we aren't seeing the functionality.

Any documentation about the upgrade that you can provide will be of great help.
