Icon in Account Assignment tab - ME21N

Hello SAP Guru's

When creating a Purchase Order, when I am in the Account Assignment tab, I notice there are three distinct icons

1st: Multiple Account Assignment

2nd: Repeat On/Off

3rd: ???

What is the purpose of the 3rd icon; can anybody enlighten me?

the icon name is ICON_BUDGET_UPDATE , so I guess it is active if when you work with budgets

Dear Sir,

I have on one of my implementation where we implement FM(Funds Mgt) and GM (Grants Mgt), even than it is not activated. Kindly check the screen shot mention below
