Hi All experts:
We are working with Biller Direct and AR integration since 2011 at level of display and check open bills. pay bills, payments display.
This year was implemented Dispute Management handle only at ECC.
Now we are trying to add the option for creation of Dispute cases from BD.
We already configure the requirements, but the icon for creation of Dispute cases does not appear at open bills.
The tap of dispute cases does not appear as well.
Any idea about it. We have ECC 6.0 EHP 4 and Biller Direct 6.0

Hi Hector,
I don't have knowledge about BD but in Dispute you can create in the many tcodes. Anyway, please check the notes below:
