Salary wagetype based on Employee Hiring

Hi All,

Employees one of teh payment WT dependson there date of joining.

IF Employee jpoined after June of a yeat thsi WT should not process.

If they join form Jan to May 31st it should process.

How we can restrict this.

you are talking about LTA ? and this is giving from IT 0015 ?

are you maintaining IT 0041 for Employee DOJ ? and how you want to check and WT has to process like system automatically need to consider or user manual maintanence

can you specify clearly the business requirement ?

Which kind of WT is it? Is it a WT of basic salary or as an additional payment for example?

This is just for first year or forever?

it comes under IT0015, this will be in case of only emplyee hiring after June it should not pay LTA for that year ,

Dear SAP,

Create one wage type with specific dates like

Wage type= 01.06.2014 to 31.12.2014 & again delimit the wage type with below mentioned dates

01.06.2015 to 31.12.2015

01.06.2016 to 31.12.2016

01.06.2017 to 31.12.2017

01.06.2018 to 31.12.2018

Sorry it should be like

Wage type= 01.01.2014 to 31.05.2014 & again delimit the wage type with below mentioned dates

01.01.2015 to 31.05.2015

01.01.2016 to 31.05.2016

01.01.2017 to 31.05.2017

01.01.2018 to 31.05.2018
