BI Abap and BI Java Integration

Hello Experts,

I know this post is very common and I saw the same type of posts in SCN before. But I am getting some confusion in BI Abap and BI Java Integration(I am very new to BI).

I have completed the BI Abap and BI Java Installations and after the I have successfully completed the BW ABAP Wizard Based Configuration and BI Java Automatic Configuration. Now my question is, Is this sufficient or we have to perform any other activities in these servers(like manual SSO configuration between BI ABAP and JAVA or others )?
