Syclo WM 6.2 in Config panel

Hello Expert,

We have installed and activated /SMERP/SAP_WORK_MANAGER_62_REF, but cannot see the work manager application in configuration panel of Agentry. Is there any other setting which needs to be done. I have attached screen shot for reference.

Please Suggest .

Did you activate the BC Set?

Yes, We activated BC set '/SMERP/SAP_WORK_MANAGER_62_REF'.
