BI Users not reflected in BO

Dear Team,

We have created the users & roles in BI, roles are updated in BO system whereas Users were not imported from BI.

Kindly help us !

Dear Saravanan,

For getting the BI users into BO,SSO has to be configured.

Please check the below things.

1)Go to CMC-->Authentication-->SAP.Here Logical System Name has to created by Basis to connect from BO to BI.

If the above activity is already done,then go to Role Import Tab,here you can manually add the roles then Click on Update button.

If the above activity is done,try to login to BO with the SAP as Authentication and give the BI credentials to login.

2)If you are using permanent license key in BO,then you may need to update the users based on your license.

Try the below things.

Under Authentication-->SAP-->Options tab,change the Users type--.either Concurrent Users/named users based on the license you are having.

Now try to login as mentioned above.
