When an existing Activity window is open and you click the Followup button, SAP creates a new Activity and pre-loads its Notes field with old notes. The result is that every followup adds unnecessary duplicate information to the database. Is there a way to turn off this pre-loading behavior and ensure that all new Activities always start with an empty Notes field?
