Hi,
In Agent Inbox search, when we search on Categorization attribute its fetching entire results irrespective of category description that we want.
we have searched using only one attribute i.e. Categorization and its fetching entire one order and work items.
please some one help us how to solve this issue.

Hi, please check your configuration.
Find out the Agent inbox profile and go to customizing tcode CRMC_IC_AUI_PROFILE (SPRO --> CRM --> Interaction Center WebClient --> AgentInbox --> Define Inbox profiles).
Select your inbox profile and check main categories assignment. Might be that you have to remove entries.

Whatever Y.T.HO suggested will work out. Add your category type inside main categories of your customized inbox search profile. If it is not working, search it in debug mode respective event, whatever category you mentioned in search criteria is coming inside filter condition or not.

Have you set that attribute in filter condition. When click search, respective event will
trigger. inside that event set the respective value in filter condition and check it out.
