Hello all,
I have a requirement to pass the additional fields data to Auto Service Request which will be created using ERMS.
Currently i am able to create Auto SR using the standard Service ID and Class which is assigned to Service id.
Please help me how to push the additional fields data to the Auto SR before it will get generated.

Have you fulfilled your requirement?
I'm not clear what kind of additional fields are expected to be transported to the auto SR. Do you mean for this service request, you want to fill in some specific fields with values which comes according to the incoming Email?
From my understanding, when creating a transaction, if some specific values or fields need to be set additionally, BADIs or customer codes should be used.
In this case, maybe you can create your own service ID and service class to create this SR specially.
